A Wisconsin native, Hannah discovered her passion for the arts at a young age, influenced by her mother, who began teaching ceramics when Hannah was just seven. Throughout her youth, Hannah explored various artistic mediums, including pastels, painting, print making, jewelry making, and fiber arts. She pursued this passion academically, earning a BFA with an emphasis in ceramics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

After a brief hiatus from ceramics to work in the corporate world, Hannah's creative drive led her to establish her home studio and launch HSR Ceramics. Today, her unique creations can be found at the Oak Creek farmers' markets on weekends. HSR Ceramics has expanded its presence, featuring pieces at URSA in Bayview, Wisconsin, Somlos Salon in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and Past Basket in Fox Point, Wisconsin. In addition, HSR Ceramics has been featured in collaborations with other Wisconsin businesses through branded wholesale products.
